We at Pacific Property Management are a locally owned business since 2002 servicing homes in the Washington County area specializing in the care of single family home properties for residents wanting a place to stay that they can call home.

From experience as renters ourselves, we understand the expectations and needs of living in a home and the importance of a landlord / tenant relationship.

As home owners, we also understand the importance of upkeep and making sure any concerns with the property are addressed at time of discovery or notification with integrity, and quality.

As members of the Rental Housing Alliance, MultiFamily NW, we keep up to date on the state regulations and laws regarding rental properties, guidelines for both tenants and property owners.
